How we work
Two ways to begin.
One careful process.
Some projects begin with an idea. Others begin with a precise specification. Choose the path that fits and see exactly how your project would work.
01
What Do You Need Help With?
You bring the idea, the audience or the product you wish existed. We shape it into a brief, explore suitable manufacturers and product options, and refine samples, specifications and costs with you until the plan is right. Once approved, we coordinate production and delivery on your behalf.
02
How Your Project Works
Four clear stages for product development.
Develop a Product
- 01Share your product idea.
- 02Explore manufacturing and product options.
- 03Review samples, specifications and costs.
- 04Approve the plan and coordinate production.
We agree the scope, responsibilities and next steps for each project. Specialist services and third-party costs are identified where relevant.
03
Pricing, Minimum Orders & Delivery
The practical questions, answered honestly. Each depends on the product, the supplier and your project requirements, so every project is quoted individually.
Every project is quoted individually. Pricing depends on the product or material, the supplier, quantities, customisation and any specialist services involved. You receive a clear breakdown before anything is agreed, and third-party costs are identified where relevant.
Yes, most manufacturers and suppliers set minimum order quantities, and these vary widely by product, material and supplier. We identify the minimums early and look for options that fit your scale, including lower-volume routes where they exist.
Lead times depend on the product, the supplier and the stage your idea is at. Sampling, production and shipping each add time, and custom development takes longer than existing products. We give you a realistic timeframe with your quotation and keep you updated as the project moves.
We coordinate freight and delivery arrangements as part of the project, including documentation where required. Shipping costs and timings depend on the supplier's location, the size of the order and your delivery address, and are confirmed with you before you commit.

Submit Your Project Brief
You don't need a complete brief to start. Budget, exact specifications and quantities can all be refined later; share what you know and we will take it from there.
